Wow hey and it's Monday again. How crazy is that? Well had a busy week last week trying to get things organized around our house. It's like a never ending project which I am sure you all know. Anyways I am working to get downstairs and organize that before Cody officially starts the basement. So far haven't even made it to the stairs. Brutal. Anyways I work best under pressure so hopefully Cody gives me warning.
Had a busy weekend too....Well busy to me. SHOPPING....ha ha. I haven't been shopping since West Edmonton Mall (probably for a good reason thought) Anyways had to get Kade some clothes for the next size he is just about to small for his 3-6 month clothes. Moving right along...hes getting so big. We came across my all time favorite store for baby boy clothes...Baby Gap. So dissapointed to find out they basically had to combine 3 stores into one space...Apparently the mall kicked them out of their spot and they had to combine Gap, Baby Gap and Kids Gap into one. It's so small. Hardly any room for strollers in there. Anyways I was not to impressed about that. I guess I will get over it though.
Sunday was spent doing the usual lunch over at Mom and Dads...Love it. So much fun. It wasn't really as hectic as it usually is though....Granny decided to come as well so that was nice. Love Sunday lunch with everyone...It's the best.
Here we are...Monday again. With new purpose to do things around the house. I did well last week though so hopefully I will get lot's done again this week.
Hopefully no moments this week. I will just share what my night was like on thursday night....
First I had spent all day trying to get stains out of Kades clothes which I realize is just about completely impossible when he is spitting up carrots (orangeness..) so I was already a little peeved off. Next the bottom on one of our chairs came off therefore when Cody went to pull his chair in and he heard a big scrape - that was definately pieces of my floor coming off.....I wanted to cry a little bit. Then we were eating supper - hamburger soup to be exact I had made cheese biscuits...burnt the first batch...so unimpressed. Kade started to get a little fussy so I just sat him on my lap while I finished eating. A nightly routine that I have down pat as every Mom does. Oh yah and guess what? Kade grabbed the bowl of soup and it spilled all over me all over the table and all over the floor. I was ready to go to sleep and start again fresh the next day. The joys of being clumsy and having one of those days. I am sure everyone can relate. Heres to NO CLUMSY MOMENTS....Wa hoo! Have a great day.
